2016 SVdP GALA – MASQUERADE BALL
Dear SVdP School Families,
Here we go - let the donations begin! As the donation parties for our classes approach, we thought
it would be helpful to have a 'wish list' of items for our school's auction in March. This is a general
list of items that we have had at past galas and some new ideas for items. We are open to anyone
who has a fresh idea or a connection to some new and exciting item! I am happy to help in anyway,
including soliciting the donation!
The Big Request - I am hoping to have several volunteers step up who would be willing to sponsor
a Loud Auction item or spearhead sponsoring with a group of hosts for a Loud Auction item. If I
could have roughly one person/couple per item, we could cover all these Loud Auction requests.
Please email me directly about this if you are willing to help!
The {smaller} Big Request - This is where everyone's participation is so very important! If you
can't personally sponsor a larger item, please consider making a donation for the silent auction or
soliciting a donation from a place you frequent often. Many places of business are willing to make a
donation if they understand that we, as a school community, patronize them!
