Computer Data
JURECA will consist of ca. 1700 compute nodes. Each compute node contains 2
processors with 12 cores each and has 128 GB memory.
Note that the minimal job size is one compute node, while the maximal job size is 128
nodes.
There are some nodes in addition for special purpose (more memory, visualization).
Note that 70 Mill. core-hours of computing time are available for this call.
(Required.)
How much compute time is required for your project?
in mio core-h, floating point expected, range 0.0-70.0
*
(Required.) Wall clock time of typical simulation (may consist of several jobs):
in hours, <= 8760 (= 12 months), integer expected
*
Able to write checkpoints/restartfiles?
Max time between two checkpoints/restartfiles:
in hours, <= 24, integer expected
(Required.) Number of simultaneously running jobs:
>= 1, integer expected
*
