The RFP Bursting Service offered by Shipley uses a program called Docuburst® to
save time and money evaluating customer requirements. The service allows you
to move from receipt of the RFP to an outline, populated with requirements, to a
compliance matrix and response matrix in about one-third the time. This Microsoft
Office compatible solution provides you with:

1. You review the shredded requirements and, using a pre-determined number,
you tag the requirements to the appropriate location on your proposal outline.
2. You review your allocated outline in a spreadsheet with columns clearly
marked – RFP paragraph number, RFP title, RFP requirement, proposal
paragraph number, and title.
3. You get two views—one from your customer’s perspective with the RFP
numbers as a guide, the other from your perspective with the proposal
paragraph numbers and allocated requirements.
