What time does the event start & finish?
All delegates will be able to register on the 1st November 2011 at 10.00am and on 2nd November at
8:45am. You will receive your delegate pack and badge at this time. All refreshment breaks and
lunches are as outlined in the attached programme.
Tuesday 1st November 2011
Registration & Exhibition Viewing will start at 10.00am
The exhibition will formally be opened by Roger Griffiths at 11.00am
The chairs welcome will start at 11.15am
The closing session will be at 17.00
Wednesday 2nd November 2011
Registration & Exhibition Viewing will start at 8.45am
The Opening Address & Awards Update and the Chairs welcome session will start at 9.30am
The closing session will be at 16.30.
When can I check in?
Check in is from 2pm on the 1st November 2011 and check out is at 11am on the 2nd November

There is no concierge at the St John’s Hotel but there are cloakrooms available where they can
store the luggage.
Travelling to the venue
The Ramada Birmingham, Solihull hotel is in the town centre, easily accessible at the end of Solihull High
Street. The hotel lies four miles from Birmingham International Airport, the LG Arena and NEC.
By Train
London Euston to Birmingham International – runs every 20 minutes with no changes and takes 1hour 10
minutes. London Euston to Solihull, there are two options:

Every 20 minutes with 2 changes and takes 1hour 58 minutes

Every 30 minutes no changes and takes 1hour 50 minutes
