• Explain things clearly to me
• Do not always assume I understand things, sometimes I find it hard to
ask for clarification
• Give me time to think
 I need lots of rest as my body is often tired
• I work best in a relaxed atmosphere
• I do not like lots of noise or over crowded rooms
• I do not like being ‘put on the spot’ to answer questions, I need time to
think
• Don’t give me too much information at once as I may feel overwhelmed
