Slow roasted beef with our
one-in-a-million blend of spices,
shaved incredibly thin, returned
to the cooking juices (known as
“gravy”) and forked onto fresh
baked French bread.
No fillers. No preservatives.

You can get it dry, wet or dipped.
Dry means no extra gravy...
Wet means extra gravy...
Dipped means we dip the whole
sandwich into the gravy. Thatʼs
how we do it in Chicago. It can be
ordered just by saying the word

Italian Beef:
(Pronounced – Jar-dih-nair-ah)
The perfect addition to an Italian
beef sandwich. Itʼs a spicy Italian
condiment made in house with
fresh chopped vegetables and
our secret mix of spices, then
left to marinate, to bring out the
spicy flavor. It can be ordered
just by saying the word “Hot”
as in “Gimme a Beef, Hot.”
Giardiniera:
We make our fries with only
3 ingredients: potatoes, oil & salt.
Thatʼs it! Theyʼre the best fries in
the world - golden brown, slightly
crispy outside with a soft creamy
texture inside. Try one of our
“specialty” fries or eat ʻem plain.
