I have read and will comply with the rules of this event and I will
comply with all applicable laws. I hereby release and hold harmless
from any liability the event organizers, its sponsors, and the Cross
Creek, Island Grove, Lochloosa Volunteer Fire Dept., Inc. Also, I will
not hold event or event organizers responsible for loss due to damage
or theft. I understand that the above event in no way guarantees any
returns or benefits. I understand these rules and regulations and agree
to all the terms of this vendor agreement.
Booths
All spaces are 12’ x 12’. No displays should exceed the
boundaries. Exhibitors requiring additional room may
rent additional spaces.
Tents or canopies are welcome.
Vendors are expected to provide their own tables, chairs
and props. All booths are on grass surfaces and
numbered.
Vendors may begin setting up at 6AM and all vehicles
must be out of the exhibit area by 8AM

NO Food vendors are allowed.
No electricity or water is available.
Sales Tax: Exhibitors are expected to collect tax for all
of their sales and are responsible for filing their own
returns.
RIDES: All vendors offering rides or physically
interactive attractions must be properly inspected and
licensed in the State of Florida. Proof of licensing and
insurance must be provided with registration.
Several places to eat in Citra and Hawthorne, Micanopy. Gainesville and
Ocala are only 18 miles away. Famous The Yearling Restaurant is in Cross
Creek just 4 miles from Island Grove.
Rooms can be rented in Cross Creek, Hawthorne, Citra, Micanopy, Ocala
and Gainesville.
All Proceeds go to Cross Creek, Island Grove,
Lochaloosa Volunteer Fire Department, Inc
