Baked Salmon with Carrot Salad

You will need
Salmon
Create the perfect Premier League meal!

Carrots
Orange & Lemon Zest

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 200
degrees C or Gas mark 7.
Wash your hands and put
the salmon onto a greased
baking tray.

Put some olive oil, grated
ginger and garlic and
some black pepper into a
bowl, then drizzle over the
salmon using a spoon.

Place a sprig of rosemary
onto each piece of the
salmon and put into the
oven for 10 mins.
Grate some carrots and
put them in a mixing bowl.

Scatter the coriander and
sesame seeds over the
grated carrots.
Grate some orange and
lemon zest into the carrot
salad.
Season your salad with
some salt and black
pepper.

Chop up some coriander
and add some basil leaves.
Slice some thin layers of
apple and add them to the
salad.
Add a tablespoon of olive
oil and squeeze half an
orange over your salad.

Take the salmon out of the
oven and serve over the
carrot salad. There you
have it! A tasty, yet healthy
meal perfect for a footballer.
