Jackets, Coats, Hoodies, Sweaters, Sweat Pants, Covers of any kind. All nonpermitted jewelry. JEWELRY: MALE: NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME – EARRINGS; FACIAL PIERCINGS FEMALE: NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME – FACIAL PIERCINGS SHIRTS: ALL students (male, female) MUST wear a collared knit button polo style shirt (short or long sleeved). This shirt MUST be free of any design or logo except approved Ennis logo. NO OTHER TYPE OF SHIRT WILL BE ALLOWED. Shirts MUST be appropriately sized in the shoulders, sleeves, and length. NOT PERMITTED: Any shirt other than the description above. WEARING A TSHIRT ONLY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. SWEATSHIRT: Sweatshirts may be worn. Sweatshirts MUST be appropriately sized in the shoulders, sleeves, and length. Sweatshirts MUST be free of any design or logo except approved Ennis logo. Appropriate collared knit button polo style shirt MUST be worn under the sweatshirt. NOT PERMITTED: Any garment other than a sweatshirt. SHIRT/SWEATSHIRT COLORS: SOLID: White, Maroon, Navy, Black, Gray NOT PERMITTED: Any design other than SOLID , or color other than the colors listed above. HOODIES/JACKETS/SWEAT PANTS: HOODIES/JACKETS/SWEAT PANTS may be worn to Alamo BUT WILL BE TAKEN OFF ONCE ENTERING THE BUILDING. There will be no outer garment worn in the classrooms or hallways at Alamo. SLACKS, PANTS, SHORTS, BELTS: Pleated or flat front Dockerstyle. Knee length walking shorts Capri pants for female students Belts are fastened at the waist. Plain, small buckled. MUST be one of the approved colors listed for pants. PERMITTED COLORS: SOLID: Khaki (tan), Navy, Brown, Black, Gray NOT PERMITTED: Overalls, painter, hiphugger, sweatpants, lowrise, sagging, and/or oversized style clothing, basketball/gym shorts, baggylegged, tight rolled at the ankle, bellbottom, yoga pants. No denim of any color. Holes, tears, frays, brads, studs, adornments, or any other designs. Any belt that is deemed inappropriate by the administrator. Any design other than SOLID or color other than the colors listed above. SKIRTS, JUMPERS, DRESSES FOR FEMALES: Traditional styles to the knee or longer. Kickpleats or slits MUST be hemmed at or below the bend of the knee. PERMITTED COLORS: SOLID : Khaki (tan), Black, Navy, Brown, Gray NOT PERMITTED: Denim of any kind. Any design other than SOLID or color other than the colors listed above. FOOTWEAR: Athletic shoes, loafers, dress shoes, or other shoes that have both closed toe and heel. Shoes MUST match each other. NOT PERMITTED: Military boots, flipflops, sandals, slippers, house shoes. SOCKS, HOSE, TIGHTS, LEGGINGS: MUST be of a SOLID , single color. Leggings worn without an approved dress code bottom over them are not allowed. NOTE TO PARENT/STUDENT: This dress code is based on the MINIMUM requirements for the students of DAEP. Administration reserves the right to impose more strict requirements at any time deemed necessary.
