It true Rotary fashion, I extend to you an invita on that requires quick ac on and
response ! There were some mobility issues locally that prevented kicking into
ac on the organiza on of a Fall Eastern Division Rally. Last fall we reserved 24 pull
through spots at the Evergreen Resort in Mt Eaton, OH. It is in the heart of Amish
country. Events are planned that include good fellowship, fun ou ngs, and with
the coopera on of Mother Nature, some good leaf viewing.
Please look over the informa on on these pages, and take the following ac ons:

Call or e-mail Jack Harig, indica ng you have set the date aside and will
a end. A be er defined schedule of events will follow along with
instruc ons for making your reserva on direct with Evergreen Resort.
2) (2ND OPTION)
Let me know if you cannot commit now, but plan on trying to work out your schedule to join the group.
3) (REGRETS)
You will not be able to be with us, but want to be kept informed about future Rallies.
The 24 spots reserved will be held by the campground un l May 20th exclusively for RVF. Including the spots held for RVF, the resort only
has 5 more available sites. They fully book each year for the leaf viewing travellers. This is a yearround camping resort that includes full service, freeze proof water, 50 amp on all sites, cable TV,
large indoor pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, game room, playgrounds for kids, a Pet Laundry to wash dogs
(and cats ... scary!), a very nice store, and large onsite laundromat. There is more to do that we
can take in but it will be fun and frolic for all who a end.
For those who may not have a rig available there are a couple of co ages and a guest lodge.
