• Paid as Ruby or above for any 4 months from January-December 2016.

Open to all Stars prior to 2015
• Paid as Ruby or above for any 4 months from January-December 2016.

2016 Star Creator3
Open to all 2015 Star
• Create at least 1 New Star from January-December 2016.
• Paid as Ruby or above for any 4 months from January-December 2016.
• Paid as Ruby or above in December 2016.
• Minimum 4 Qualified4 SEA G1 Breakaway Executive in the paid as Ruby month.

To qualify as a 2016 New Star, you must be a Southeast Asia Executive who has never been paid at a title of Ruby to Blue Diamond with a minimum of 4 Qualified G1 Breakaway
Executives for at least 4 months in any prior calendar year since January 2003.

To qualify as a 2016 Star, you must be a Southeast Asia Executive who has never been paid at a title of Ruby to Blue Diamond with a minimum of 4 Qualified G1 Breakaway Executives for
at least 4 months from January – December in 2015.

To qualify as 2016 Star Creator, you must be a Southeast Asia Executive who has been paid at a title of Ruby to Blue Diamond with a minimum of 4 Qualified G1 Breakaway Executives for
at least 4 months from January – December in 2015

A Qualified Breakaway Executive is paid as Executive or Provisional Executive/Demotion Executive with downline breakaway Executive.

TERMS & CONDITION
• Open to all Rubies – Team Elites from Southeast Asia only.
• Participants are required to meet Executive volume maintenance from the start of the qualification period until the commencement of the 2017 Star Creator Trip
Dubai & Abu Dhabi (“Trip”)
• Participants are required to complete the qualification criteria between January to December 2016 to qualify for this Trip. .
• Number of seat depends on the number of associates in the distributor account, up to maximum of 2 persons per distributor account may participate in the Trip
provided that the 2nd person in the account exists at the start of the qualification period until the end of the qualification.
• Participants will depart from their home country’s capital airport.
• Participation in the Trip is non-cash convertible.
• Participants are only entitled to attend the Trip destination they have qualified for. The Company will not honor a request to attend a future trip and any
future compensation, regardless of circumstances.
• Without prejudice to the Company’s product return policy in the Policies & Procedures, (including but is not limited to the Company’s right to recoup bonuses paid
on returned products), product returns within 12 months following the end of the Trip of more than 5% in the commissionable organization volume generated at the
time of qualification that would have affected pin level and qualification for the Trip will result in disqualification from the Trip. The Distributor agrees to reimburse
Nu Skin Malaysia & Brunei for the cost of the Trip.
• Participants must not have any Distributor violations prior to and during the qualification period.
• Participants are responsible for obtaining their own visas and all expenses associated with obtaining the required travel documents prior to the Trip.
• If there are two participants in the same distributor account attending to the Trip, one of the participants may transfer his seat to an immediate family member in the
event he is unable to attend to the Trip. Replacement of seat shall only be permitted provided the other participant in the same account attends to the Trip and all
the terms and conditions set out herein including SEA Trip Rewards Policy will also apply to the immediate family member concerned.
• The Company reserves the right to change the Trip destination and any of the terms and conditions if circumstances deem it necessary.
• Participants are required to build their Nu Skin business in accordance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
