The Annual Mossvale-on-Manly Halloween Parade will begin at 5:00pm.
Judging will be from 5:00pm - prizes awarded for the following categories:
Boy and Girl under 6 , Best Tween, Best Teenager, Best Adult
Residents can update their membership at the event.
Trick or treating to follow immediately after the event.
Please turn OUT your lights if you do NOT want a knock on your door during
trick or treating.
