Email: [email protected]. Alcoholic Beverage Policy: No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Pyramid Arena. Beer and other alcoholic drinks are sold at designated concession stands throughout the Arena, including the Gallery of Stars. In addition, beer and alcoholic drinks may be purchased by Club Members as part of their In-Seat Service. Proof of age is required to purchase alcohol. , limit, two drinks per transaction All sales of alcoholic beverages at general concessions end at the beginning of the fourth period Bar service will continue in the Riverside Club until one hour following the conclusion of the game however, drinks must be kept in the Club. Animals Guide, sign and signal dogs to aid guests with disabilities are the only animals permitted in The Pyramid. Attire Guests entering the Arena must be properly attired including shoes and shirt. These items must be worn at all times in the Pyramid. Automated Tell Machine ATM’s are located at Gate 2, Gate 3 and 2 at Gate 4. Banners and Signs Banners are allowed in the arena for some events as long as they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Banners may not be hung or fastened anywhere in the Pyramid Arena, or block any signage in the facility. Poles are not permitted. Cameras and Video Equipment Only small personal still camera equipment with a 6 inch lens or smaller may be brought into the Arena for Grizzlies’ games. Video, audio, and professional camera and recording devices are prohibited. Fans taking snapshots must not obstruct the view or path of travel of others. Fans are not allowed to reproduce any film, digital, video or audio recordings of Grizzlies’ games for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Memphis Grizzlies and the NBA. 2 Cellular Phones and Pagers The use of cellular phones and pagers is permitted provided they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Children Children under the age of two (2) do not require a ticket to enter the Arena for Grizzlies’ games. Such infants cannot occupy a seat, and must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Courtside Cafe The Courtside Cafe is located under the South risers. The Courtside Cafe is reserved for our Premium Seat guests and offers the chance to grab a quick beer and bite to eat. Crown Room The Crown Room is located on the south side of the Mezzanine Level and is used for special events and group functions. Disabled Access, features and services Disabled parking is located in the South Parking Lot, immediately adjacent to the Arena Accessible entrances are located at the Southeast corner parking lot level via the South parking lot ramp to the Mezzanine level, and Front Street side Plaza level Gates 1, 2, and 4. When ordering Grizzlies tickets be sure to let the agent know about your need for accessible seats. Restrooms, drinking fountains, telephones, ATM’s, concession counters, and elevators are accessible to the disabled. Elevators Elevators are located on the south side of the Arena between gates 1 and 2. Customers with disabilities and their companions are always given first priority for service at all elevators. Emergency paging No guest paging will take place in the Arena during Grizzlies’ game. Pyramid staff will then contact you in your seat. 3 Entrance and Gate Opening Times Suite and Club Guests may enter the Arena two (2) hours prior to game time by entering at either the disabled entrance (under the awning) at the Southeast parking lot level or by walking up the ramp on the south side of the Arena under the awning, and entering at the south side lobby (the administrative office entrance). All other patrons may enter the Arena one hour before game time through all Pyramid gates. Suite and Club Guests may enjoy the Riverside Club for one hour after the game. First Aid A First Aid station is located on the Arena floor level near the service elevator at Vomitory 2. Trained medical personnel are always on duty for Grizzlies’ games. Please locate the nearest Pyramid employee for assistance. Food and Beverages No food or beverages may be brought into the Pyramid Arena for Grizzlies’ games. A wide variety of concessions items are on sale inside the Arena. Gallery of Stars The Gallery of Stars is located on the East side of the Mezzanine Level. The Gallery of Stars offers snacks and alcoholic beverages. Guest Conduct The Grizzlies are dedicated to serving our customers and to providing a high quality sports entertainment experience at the Pyramid Arena. Guests interfering with the game, using foul language, throwing objects, making obscene gestures, smoking in the Arena or appearing to be intoxicated will be ejected from the facility. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact an usher or guest services representative. Lost Children Every child should be told to contact the nearest Pyramid operations staff member should he or she become lost. Lost children will be taken to the Guest Services Desk at Gate 1 behind section 122. Parents looking for a lost child should also go to the Guest Services Desk. To help lost kids find their parents, small children should have their ticket pinned to their shirt or in their pocket at all times while inside the Arena. Lost and Found Lost and Found during events is located at the Guest Services Desk on the Plaza level behind section 122. Items not claimed during the event will be held for 90 days in the Guest Services Office. During non-game times, please call guest services at 901-521-9675 to inquire about a lost item. After 90 days all items will be donated to a local charity. Lost, Stolen or Duplicate Tickets Please contact the Guest Services desk at Gate 1 for lost, stolen or duplicate tickets. 4 Merchandise A wide array of Grizzlies merchandise items is available at permanent locations inside Gates 1, 3, and 4, as well as portable stands located throughout the Pyramid. When not at the games, shop on-line at grizzlies.com or at the Grizzlies Retail Store located at 175 Toyota Plaza. Parking Parking for Grizzlies games is $10.00 per game. Parking is available on the North side by entering at North Parkway and Front Street. South side parking is accessible from the Jefferson Avenue and Riverside Drive entrance. Busses, recreational vehicles and motor homes are charged according to the number of parking spots they occupy. Security guards are continuously on duty in the parking areas. An AAA Truck is available for your convenience during Grizzlies games. Pay phones Pay phones are located inside the Arena at Gates 1, 2, 3, and 4. Re-entering the Arena Except for medical emergencies, the Pyramid has a no re-entry policy. Patrons who enter the Arena for an event with an admission ticket and then leave the Arena will not be allowed to re-enter the Arena without a full ticket. Restrooms Restrooms are available on all Arena levels. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible and include baby diaper changing facilities in both men’s and ladies restrooms. Riverside Club The Riverside Club is located on the west side of the Mezzanine Level and is reserved for Floor Seat, Club Seat and Executive Suite guests. The Riverside Club offers a wide variety of cuisine and cocktails, one and a half hours prior to and up to one hour post game. Security For your safety and convenience, security personnel are stationed throughout the arena. If you have an emergency, please notify the nearest Pyramid staff member immediately. Smoking Policy In compliance with Memphis City Ordinance # 20-25, The Pyramid is a smoke-free building. Anyone observed smoking inside the facility will be asked to extinguish the item immediately. Any person who refuses to comply with the policy will be subject to ejection from the Pyramid. Patrons are allowed to exit the arena to permitted smoking areas at Gates 2 and 3, as established by The Pyramid. A similar outside smoking area is available outside the building adjacent to the Riverside Club. 5 Tickets Sales at the Arena during Grizzlies’ Games Future Grizzlies’ game tickets may be purchased during Grizzlies’ games at the South Lobby main box office or the Guest Services Desk at Gate 1. Take the south side elevators to the lobby level. The box office is open before the game, at half time and for thirty (30) minutes following the game’s conclusion Individual game tickets may be purchased, at Ticketmaster Ticket Centers in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi. For a complete and up-to-date list of Ticket Centers, please call Ticketmaster at 901-525-1515. Individual game tickets may also be purchased at the Pyramid Ticket Office or over the phone by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-4NBATIX. For 20 or more tickets, please call the Grizzlies’ Group Sales department at 1-901-888-HOOP. Visit the Grizzlies website at grizzlies.com to purchase tickets online. Five hundred (500) day of game tickets priced at $5.00 each will be sold at the Pyramid at 12 noon on every game day. Fans wishing to purchase these tickets should go to the South exterior Box Office, on the Mezzanine Level. Tiger Club The Tiger Club is located on the South side of the Mezzanine level and is used for special events and group functions. Water Fountains Water Fountains are located on the Plaza level outside sections 126-127 and 141-142. Water fountains are also located on the Mezzanine level in the Gallery of Stars, Riverside Club, and near the elevators outside of Will Call. Water fountains may be located on the arena floor level in Vomitories 1 and 3.
