We were very excited to be the first home owners in The Cottages at New Seabury. The
wonderful initial support we received from the sales team was then complimented by a
great experience with both the design consultant and then, through the entire building
phase, by the construction management.
We were pleased with the quality of the construction and the quick response by the team
to any of our concerns during the building and post-sale period.
Although we were first, the neighborhood has developed quickly and we are now
surrounded by wonderful neighbors. Our daughter and grandkids are greatly enjoying all
that New Seabury provides including the club, beach and pools. We are also looking
forward to soon being able to walk to the new Activity Center with all of its amenities.
We are quite pleased with our decision to be the “first pioneers”

We were very impressed by the purchasing process for our new home in "The Cottages at
New Seabury." The sales staff were very knowledgeable and thorough and made
navigating around the various home style/size options very easy. We were especially
impressed by the quality of design and construction of the homes- very high quality
materials have been used throughout and there is close attention to detail.
We had actually gone to visit New Seabury "on spec" and ended up purchasing after just 2
viewings of the cottages. From our initial viewing to move-in took less than 5 weeks! We
purchased an already-furnished property which was a huge plus in facilitating such a
quick process and meant that we were able to enjoy access for the whole of summer 2016.
Post move-in the support of the construction project management team has been excellent.
There have been very few "punch list" items and those that we have raised are dealt with
promptly. In fact, we were so impressed by the construction project manager that we
have also had him oversee finishing our basement, which has given us an additional
bedroom, full bathroom and lounge, all finished to the same high standard as the rest of
the house.
We live in Boston in the week and travel to our home in New Seabury most weekends. By
choosing when to travel carefully, door to door driving time is 75-90 min.
It’s been a great experience and we are now looking forwards to the warmer weather to
get back into our outdoor pursuits (biking and golf)!
