Conditions for Hourly or One Day Rentals
1.
Private or ‘one time’ renters may be required to provide a booking/damage deposit depending on the type of activity
being held in the room.
2.
At time of booking the deposit will be paid (if required) and the contract as well as the terms and conditions agreement
will be signed.
3.
To qualify for half day rental rate your event must be completed by 415pm.
4.
FULL rental fees are due ten (10) days prior to the event.
5.
An organization that has a current good standing account with the City of Terrace may be invoiced the rental fees if
requested.
6.
Each group is required to wipe the tables down and remove any excess garbage from the room following their event.
Further to the above – Conditions for Multiple Day Rentals
1.
A $200 booking/damage deposit is required to confirm your event dates.
2.
Thirty (30) day notice is required to cancel your event dates otherwise the City of Terrace will charge 20% of the total
contract fee.
3.
Non-profit definition: a club, society, or association that’s organized and operated solely for social welfare, civic
improvement, pleasure or recreation and any other purpose except profit.
