design, construct, install, command or operate a communications center and
supporting information systems, and to vendors who support the industry.

as a charitable entity and a portion of your payment may be tax
deductible to the extent permitted by law. A one year subscription
to PSC magazine is valued at $35 and members may not deduct
this subscription amount. For reporting purposes required by some
jurisdictions, APCO estimates that 3% of member
dues are allocated to lobbying activities.
