involving movements based
on boxing

BODYATTACK™
CX WORX™
A LES MILLS™ sport-inspired
cardio workout for building
strength and stamina. This
high-energy interval training
class combines athletic
aerobic movements with
strength and stabilization
exercises
CXWORX ™ is a 30 minute
core workout, ideal for
tightening your waist while
also improving functional
strength and assisting injury

barbell class will sculpt,
tone and strengthen your
entire body, fast!
BODYPUMP™ is one of the
world’s fastest ways to get
in shape as it challenges all
of your major muscle

Note: All body pump
classes will include 5-10
minutes set-up and clearaway time and so will be 45
minute classes
An easy to follow, low
impact class concentrating
on the Legs, Bums and Tums
