After the swimming success of our Vegetarian Feast last year, we have decided to do it all
again. Enjoy eight delicious dishes of mouth-watering vegetarian creations showcasing that
special Red Spice flair.
Enjoy a completely meat-free menu that will demonstrate how delicious the herbivore way
can be!
N.B. This dinner is suitable for herbivores and carnivores alike.
The Menu
Nori cracker, spinach, eggplant, sesame, miso, Japanese plum
Pumpkin split pea fritter, tomato curry, turmeric yoghurt, betel leaf
Master stock braised fennel, egg tofu, tempeh, satay sauce
Green mango, cashew, herb, chilli, jicama, red radish salad
Paneer tikka: grilled Indian spiced palek paneer
Brussels sprout kung pao: brussel sprouts wok fried w/ peanuts, chilli, Sichuan pepper, soy,
black vinegar
Potato dumplings, mushrooms, snow pea tendrils, red curry paste
Mandarin cheesecake, smashed meringue, Nutella, popcorn, lemon balm
