This is a request pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, Chapter 13 of Minnesota
statutes.
I hereby request personnel records of Officers Troy Carlson and Benjamin Bauer,
including any disciplinary action and Internal Affairs investigative reports.
I am a member of the news media affiliated with The Associated Press wire service. This
request is made as part of news gathering and not for a commercial use. As such, I
request that fees related to this request be waived.
If such information is maintained but not available for public release or is redacted, I ask
that you cite the specific section of law that allows for the classification. I understand
there may be a lot of video, and we will take it as it becomes available instead of waiting
for all of it to be released at once.
