There is a cardboard only dumpster located by the leasing office parking lot. Do not put trash in it do not but cardboard by the regular dumpster please use the CARDBOARD ONLY DUMPSTER! Every month every one paying their rent before the 1st of the month. Their name will be placed in a hat. We will draw one name and that person will receive $25.00 off their next months RENT! The Winner for December is N-1. Take $25.00 off January’s rent!!! Since January is National Soup Month I would like to host a Soup Swap on 1/26/16 at 6:00 pm! A soup swap is when friends, family, neighbors or even organizations get together and share in a meal of homemade soup. Each person brings a pot of soup and recipe card , at the end of the meal, everyone exchanges EASY SOUP RECIPE Cauliflower bags or Soup with Roasted Garlic containers of 3 cloves garlic, sliced soup. The idea 2 tablespoons olive oil is to help everyone fill their freezers 1 small head cauliflower, chopped with many different soups to help get 5 cups low-sodium chicken broth through the cold winter months. I 1 tablespoon thyme leaves kosher will bring the zip lock bags, crackers salt and black pepper and bread! Please RSVP by 1/23/16 DIRECTIONS Cook the garlic in the oil in a large pot over medium heat, stirring, until golden, 2 to 3 minutes; remove and reserve the garlic. To the pot, add the cauliflower, chicken broth, thyme, 1 teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Simmer until tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a blender and puree until smooth. Top with the garlic, a drizzle of olive oil, and additional thyme before serving. An optimist stays up until midnight to see the New Year in.
