The knowledge and training provided by VET organizations is of highly
importance for a better society. Unfortunately, the training needs, especially
of the unemployed are constant and can change rapidly. The VET
organizations often do not have the time or the methodology to track these
needs and develop respectively suitable training programs. This need can be
even appeared to VET trainers. The project’s aim is to solve these problems
and furthermore to support the lifelong learning system .
Output
Diagnostic system of training needs in VET sector
1. Need analysis report – Determine the existing situation with regards to
VET organizations, their needs and problems.
Activities
2. Training Diagnostic tool – It will be assess the training needs of the users
(trainers and unemployed).
3. Training Platform – According to the recorded needs, each partner will
develop training material for the most basic ones.
4. Good practices – Each partner will find successful application of the
training platform by VET organizations and will write down its use.
