For the Semester of Spring 2013: THEO 3322 Theology of Creation, I will give some lectures about the Literary narrative characteristics of the account of the creation analyzing the Hebrew Text of the Leningrad Codex (Stugartensia). In this manner, it is possible to discover the agrarian culture and the notions of nature of the author of the accounts and the Sitz im Leben in which the texts were originated. • Collaborative teaching venture was done in the course of Teachings of the Catholic Church (THEO 1300/3300), imparted by Dirk Steffens M.Div. (adjunct). I gave some lectures regarding the exegesis of the episode of the prayer at Gethsemane and its interpretation in the fathers, The Council of Chalcedon and the formation of the dogma of the two natures and two wills of Christ (Fall 2012). • Collaborative teaching in the study abroad course, THEO 4393/CS 4393 Mapping the Holy Land, is an interdisciplinary study of the Holy Land’s archeological, historical, cultural and theological core. The course includes seven preparatory sessions, February through May, followed by an intensive “walking classroom” each day in the Holy Land, May 22-June 1. I taught one of the lectures: "the theological meaning of Jerusalem and the Temple". I served as the chaplain and assistant professor to Sr. Miller during the trip to Jerusalem.
