Inspired by the island of Lilliput, where Gulliver finds himself imprisoned by a race of tiny people.
The upside down cake pop represents when they tie him down and he falls over.
Honey Stack
Layers of sticky honey cake with honeycomb topping
inspired by the island of Brobdingnag, where Gulliver gets stung by a wasp.
Up in the Clouds
Passionfruit purée, white chocolate mousse and chocolate rocks
Inspired by the flying island of Laputa, with candyfloss as clouds and chocolate rocks
representing the custom of locals throwing rocks at rebellious cities.
Horseshoe Shot
Apple jelly, elderflower foam and shortbread
Inspired by the island of Houyhnhnms, inhabited by a race of talking horses. The flavours
represent the horses love of apples.

Precious teas sourced from China and India are infused with pure Bergamot oil
to create this exquisite Earl Grey. This tea can be enjoyed with a dash of milk or

The fragrance of delicate jasmine blossoms over a Chinese green tea from the
summer harvest.

Assam Second Flush
This tea from India provides a rich, delicious depth of flavour. A smooth brew with
a classic malty finish. This tea can be enjoyed with or without milk.
Lapsang Souchong
Using larger Chinese souchong leaves, this tea is roasted before being smoked over
resin rich pine wood. This delivers a rich, dark and peaty flavour with the classic
smoky taste, which can be enjoyed with or without milk.
Darjeeling Second Flush
Sourced from the small tea garden, Giddapahar in India. The nuance and layers to
this delicious tea are bright and brisk. This tea can be enjoyed with or without milk.
