Extralong Life: the very low loss of luminous flux, and extremely attentive selection of electronic
components, allow extralong life.
How do we define the average life of a LED lamp?
IESNA* standards do not define the nominal life of a LED lamp as being from the moment in which a half plus
one of the items in a sample lot ceases to function (as for other lamp types), but rather from the time when a half
plus one of the light bulbs presents a decline in luminous flux of over 30% for lamps used for “general lighting”
and 50% for “decorative” lamps. Duralamp guarantees a nominal average life of 15000 hours, at standard
ambient temperatures, for most of the models in the catalogue. By taking certain precautions with the circuitry,
it is possible to extend the life of some lamps to 25000 hours. It should be noted that, as for any other lamp,
the average life of a LED lamp depends on the operating temperature. The use of lamps in recessed or closed
fixtures, or fixtures which do not have an adequate exchange of air, as well as any other conditions that raise the
operating temperature, can reduce their actual lifetime.
* The standards of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America are the main reference standards currently being used by sector
industries until European directives have been issued on this subject.

 One remote control can activate several receivers, for example, the receiver for the swimming pool or park lights, or it can be used to open the gate, awnings, etc.
 12 lamps distributed on two parallel outlets can be connected to each receiver.
 The maximum distance between the remote control and the receiver is 80-100 meters in free air conditions without obstructions.
 The remote control works with a 3V CR2032 type lithium battery which is provided.

lamps in the same appliances*. The AIR Line

Reflector Ra>90
Line
Characterized by high colour rendering: Ra> 90,
important in high-level lighting installations. The
“reflector” technology, thanks to its “reflected”
light output, ensures an anti-glare effect, noticeable in the installations of the highest level.
The Reflector line consists of PAR38 and DR111.
DE Dichroic Effect Line
Spectacular effect of the DE Dichroic Effect line: warm light and unique design of the reflector for a
lighting effect very similar to that of halogen lamps. Thanks to optical performance, greater than that
provided by standard halogen lamps, finally the real LED/halogen replacement is now available, also
in the perception of light.
The light produced by the LED becomes therefore indistinguishable from that of the old lamps, but
offering great benefits, such as longer life, absence or radiated heat, reduction in management and
maintenance costs. The DE line consists of LED Module and MR16.

 Using high power SHARP LEDs.
 Modulo DE is particularly appreciated for the dichroic effect of the reflector. It is then a LED lamp that looks like a halogen dichroic!
