We are pleased to hear that you are considering Chelmsford Country Club to host your
golf event. As you undoubtedly know, a golf outing can be used as a fundraiser for your favorite
charity, a reward for your loyal customers or employees, as a function that is part of a class or
family reunion, or just great day on the links with your friends.
The facilities include a well-maintained 9-hole golf course and practice range tucked
away in the picturesque Chelmsford countryside. Our newly renovated function hall and cocktail
lounge can accommodate groups of up to 80 people. Our Pro Shop offers a nice selection of golf
related merchandise and apparel, and we can have your logo embroidered or imprinted on hats,
shirts, golf balls, and other items. Let us know with plenty of advance notice if you would like
us to order anything special for your outing.

Outings for more than 40 players may be scheduled up to 180 days in
advance.
Outings for 16 or fewer players may be scheduled up to 30 days in
advance. Please call for details.
Players are assigned tee times on the first hole and start
approximately every 9 minutes.
Can be scheduled Monday – Friday at any time, or weekends and
holidays after 11:00 a.m.
Shotgun Outings





Available for up to 52 players.
Available any non-holiday weekday at 8:00 a.m.
All players start at the same time at different tees.
Includes Complimentary Coffee & Donuts.
Outings with over 40 players will receive a Certificate for a foursome
of golf with carts to play at choice of one SGM managed course to be
used as a prize or raffle item or for a round in the future. (Under 40
players – one Certificate for a twosome.) Also included with tee times
outings.

 Conditions of Contract:
A. GUARANTEE: The number of players stated above is the guaranteed number for which you will be financially
responsible with the confirmation (10 days ahead of outing).
B. GOLF PRIZES/ MERCHANDISE: A prize fee may be added to the outing package at any desired per person amount.
This money will go toward Pro Shop merchandise Gift Cards to be available to the outing. The Club will not allow any
golfing merchandise of any description to be brought onto the premises purchased from other stores for use as prizes.
All merchandise shall be purchased in the Pro Shop only.
C. DEPOSITS: Deposits are required on all outings. A reserved date will be confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit,
which will be acknowledged. Until such acknowledgment is received, no reserved date can be assumed. Deposits are
only refundable if golf course closes due to weather or cancels the outing. The Deposit required is $200.00.
A. ALCOHOL: Due to Massachusetts State Liquor regulations it is illegal for any outside alcohol to be brought onto the
premises. No coolers are allowed on the course at any time. CCC holds a liquor license and bartenders will be
available to serve beverages for your outing. All of our bartenders have received TIPS training and are qualified to
serve alcoholic beverages. It is the responsibility of the person in charge of the outing to inform all players of the Club’s
policy on alcoholic beverages. The Club reserves the right to insist that any person violating the policy must leave the
premises immediately.
D. LIABILITY: The Club reserves the right to inspect and control all outings. Liability for damage to the premises will
be charged accordingly. The Club will not assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought onto the
premises.
E. CATERING: Catering is available for your outing or tournament through our in house caterer Events All in
One. We have included their Catering Menu in this package, please contact Events All in One directly with
questions or special requests.

From Boston:
Take Rt. 93 North to Rt. 95/128 South to Rt. 3 North to Exit 29
Billerica/Chelmsford. Follow Rt. 129 West for 1.2 miles to Chelmsford Center. At the Four-way Stop, take a left
onto Rt. 4 South. Follow Rt. 4 for .3 miles to the Gulf Gas Station. Take a right onto Rt. 27 (Acton Road). Stay on
Rt. 27 for 1.5 miles. Take a left onto Park Road. Clubhouse/Pro Shop is on left about 200 yards in.
From Nashua:
From Rt. 3 South, take Exit 32 (Drum Hill/Chelmsford exit) than take 2 nd right onto Rt. 4 South. Continue on Rt. 4
South (crossing over Rt. 495) for 1.8 miles, at lights go straight thru following Rt 4 toward Billerica/Bedford,
Take your next right onto Rt 27 South (Acton Road). (Mobile Station on left and Gulf Station on right) Stay on Rt.
27 for 1.6 miles. Take a left just after Jones Farm onto Park Road. Clubhouse/Pro Shop is on left about 200
yards in.
From Route 495 Southbound:
Take Exit 34. Follow the signs for Chelmsford/Rt. 110. Follow Rt. 110 for 1.4 miles to the Four-way Stop.
Continue straight onto Rt. 4 South. Follow Rt. 4 for .3 miles to the Gulf Gas Station. Take a right onto Rt. 27
(Acton Road). Stay on Rt. 27 for 1.5 miles. Take a left onto Parks Road. Clubhouse/Pro Shop is on left about 200
yards in.
From Route 495 Northbound:
Take Exit 32 - Boston Road, Westford. Take a right off exit ramp to Rte. 110. At 1st set of lights, take left onto
Route 110 East. After .5 miles, take right onto South Chelmsford Road (right after Westford Grille Sign). Follow
South Chelmsford Road, which becomes Maple Road, for 2 miles and take left at Liberty Hall (Kates Corner on
right) onto Route 27 North. After .5 miles, turn right onto Park Road. Clubhouse/Pro Shop is on left about 200
yards in.
From Rt. 27 North:
Follow to the Chelmsford town line. Continue on Rt. 27 for 1.5 miles. Take a right onto Park Road. Clubhouse/Pro
Shop is on left about 200 yards in.
From Chelmsford Center:
Straight through four way stop, right onto Rt. 27 South, 1.5 miles to top of hill just past Jones Farm stand, take a
left onto Park Road (small golf course sign on right). Clubhouse/Pro Shop is on left about 200 yards in.
From Route 2:
Take 2A to Rt. 27 past Somerville Lumber. Take a right after the Getty Station onto Park Road (small golf course
sign on left). Clubhouse/Pro Shop is on left about 200 yards in.
To get back onto Rt. 4 North:
Take a right out of the parking lot, which will put you on Park Road. At the stop sign, take a right onto Rt. 27. (You
will pass Jones Farm stand on the right). Continue until you come to a stop sign. You will NOT be able to take a
left. Follow the signs for Rt. 4 North to Nashua. Hint: Take a right at the stop sign and stay on the left side.
When you come to the next street, continue to bear left. You have just made a U-turn. At the stop light take a
left and bear right to Rt. 4 North.
