Banquet Room Information 281-495-2436 GUEST Banquet rooms are available Monday-Saturday. The Minimum People required is based on adult attendance. A confirmation of guest attendance is required two days before your scheduled event. The number of guest confirmed or the guests served, which ever is greater will be charged. Minimum 30 people - Maximum 50 people. RESERVATIONS To Reserved the Banquet Room a $200.00 Deposit and a Signed Agreement is required. The deposit will be Non-Refundable if Cancellation is made Less Than 3 weeks prior to Scheduled Event. Credit Card Deposits will be billed the day of Signed Agreement and Personal Checks will be deposited the week of the Signed Agreement. Deposit will be deducted from the Final Bill on the Scheduled Event. MENU Choose from One of Our Buffet-Style Packages. Soft Drinks are Not Included in Per Person Pricing. A sales tax of 8.25% and a Gratuity Fee of 17% will be added to the Bill. Any Buffet Condiment served at the guests tables, will not be Provided on the Buffet Table. The only food that may be furnished by the customer will be pastries and cakes. The Bill must be paid at the conclusion of scheduled event. No separate checks. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Company Checks. No Personal Checks. BEVERAGES NO Alcoholic Beverages may be Brought or Taken from the Premise. The Host has the option of having a Cash, Host, or No Bar. Cash Bar – Guest may purchase drinks at the bar. Host Bar – All alcoholic drinks ordered by guests are added to Hosts’ Bill. No Bar – Only Soft Drink will be served No Alcoholic Beverages. Iced Tea will be charged by the Tea Urn. Soda drinks will be charged by the Pitcher. Options: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Pink Lemonade Tea Urn & Soda Pitchers are Not Included in Per Person Pricing and are charged accordingly without refills.
