Leitir.is – Search.is
Books, journals and more – tab searches the
catalogues of the biggest libraries in Iceland, and
all the university libraries. Click Library search to
search only the RU catalogue.
Articles in Iceland Consortium – tab allows a meta
search for scholarly journals across databases in
the Iceland Consortium. Accessible from all
computers with icelandic IP-adresses.
A language button allows you to change the
interface to english.

 Search tips
 GS understands space between words as AND
 OR between words means that either one of the two words has to
be included in the results
 „...“ quotation marks to keep search terms together
 - minus before a word means that that word should be excluded
 ~ tilda sign before a word searches for synonyms
