Project Manager – Swindon
Salary – £42,000 to £47,000 dependent on experience and expertise
We are currently seeking Ex-Forces personnel who have delivered complex projects to work
as consultants in a blue chip company. The range of projects varies from small to medium in
size and you will be expected to deliver against performance, time and cost. Working across
multi departments and with stakeholder engagement at Director level, we are looking for
people who are enthusiastic, committed and who want a meaningful and challenging second
career.
FDM is looking for:










3+ years’ experience of delivering projects within a military or civilian environment
Ability to build strong working relationships with Portfolio, Programme and Project
Stakeholders as well as with Strategic Partners
Leadership and expertise in team management, techniques, and practices
An understanding of in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project or equivalent
software packages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and motivated individual, committed to meeting deadlines in a
high-pressure environment
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Proactive approach to the identification, resolution and escalation of Risks & Issues
PRINCE2, APMP or Agile Project Management qualifications are desirable or
knowledge of project management processes, principles and techniques
Initiative, adaptability and a willingness to learn
Successful candidates will receive bespoke professional training at our Academy in London
that is both business and technically focused and designed to prepare applicants to
successfully work with our client.

Salary of up to £47,000 dependent on experience and expertise
