Soon another winter will be upon us. But before we can get to have some fun riding through the snow, there is always a lot of work to get there. Check out what the club has done this summer and what work and social events are to come. We do have a revised calendar and snowmobilers wanted poster due to a change in meeting sites on Nov. 17th. Please take note. Our first meeting is coming soon on Sep. 19th at Holiday Acres 7:00 P.M. for any questions you may have. - Trail Work and Bridge Work: Mark your calendars for our work days September 19th, October 17th, and November 7th. We need to make sure trails are cleared, signed and ready. If any TINS signs were taken down over the summer, they need to be in the exact same place as last year due to safety reasons. These particular signs should not be taken down over the summer. Bridges were inventoried; so far we need repairs on the Pelican River (Enterprise) and the Spring Creek bridges. We still have 3 bridges left to check. Club members are encouraged to start to inspect and work on trails in their area on their own. Be sure to keep a record of time and equipment used so that it can be submitted for reimbursement. Make sure that you identify which trail you worked on since the club only gets reimbursed for funded trails.
