Our flour is used in food manufacturing as a binding agent, thickener and
leavening agent. Our product is ideal for use in sauces, soups, sausages,
cold meats, casseroles, cakes, berry desserts and seasoning blends. Potato
flour can be used instead of other flours to make gluten-free products.

Finnamyl Potato Flour is made exclusively from high-quality starch potatoes grown by our contract farmers in fine sandy soil in the clean, unpolluted countryside of Western Finland. Our production process is carefully
designed and documented, and quality is the number one priority for our
committed growers. Farmers in Finland use low levels of fertilisers, pesticides and herbicides. Part of our crop is grown organically, in accordance
with organic standards.
Finnamyl Organic Potato Flour is certified in accordance with the EU
regulation on organic farming, and it has been awarded the Finnish Luomu
ecolabel. We manage our supply chain responsibly all the way to the
customer. We offer flexible and fast delivery, and our products are always
of the highest quality. Our delivery reliability is excellent: by ordering your
potato flour from us, you can rely on timely delivery of pure, high-quality
products.

Naturally extracted, best ingredients
Our starch is extracted from potatoes mechanically using a modern
production process which guarantees the purity of our products. We take
pride in responsible production, and our quality management system conforms to the ISO standard. The by-products of our process are recycled for
use as animal feed and natural fertilisers. Our wastewater is processed and
purified in our own biological water treatment plant. Since the majority
of our crops are grown within a 50-kilometre radius of our factory, we can
keep transport distances to a minimum.
Preservative-free, natural starch
Finnamyl potato flour is a pure and natural product that is 100% free of
preservatives. The water binding capacity of our potato flour is superior
compared to other starches, which is why it is mainly used in food manufacturing. Finnamyl Potato Flour is a natural starch, which makes it ideal for
preservative-free cooking and baking. An organic version is also available.
Our potato flour products are gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians.
