-Applicants must have a National Diploma in
Quantity Surveying with a pass at O level in
Mathematics. Relevant experience will be
an added advantage. Applicants will be
required to attend a selection interview.

-2 “A’ level passes, in any of the following
subjects: Geography, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Business Studies,
Management of Business , Technical Drawing, Law, Art and Physics.
OR

National Diploma in Town Planning, Valuation and Estate Management, Quantity
Surveying, Architectural Technology, Building Studies; The Real Estate Institute of
Zimbabwe Certificate or its equivalent.
Faculty of the

- 3 years post qualification work experience
-Additional relevant qualifications may be

- In special circumstances, the Department
reserves the right to carryout selection

For admission to any undergraduate programme, applicants normally should have passed the ZIMSEC/Cambridge School Certificate
examination or equivalent, and have five ‘O’ Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics at grade ‘C’ or better.

-At least a pass at O level at Grade C or
better in at least three of the following
subjects or their recognised equivalents:
Art or Craft Design, Technical Drawing or
Building Studies, English, History. PLUS
*Pass at A level in one of the following: ART,
Mathematics, or Physics plus any two other
approved subjects at A’ level among those
in the appendix to the application form.
Students admitted with A level ART who do
not have A level Mathematics are required
to take Architectural Mathematics, a bridging course in Mathematics in the first semester of the first year.
Special Entry
Applicants must have a National Diploma in
Architectural Technology or Architectural
Graphics and 1 year relevant experience
preferably under a registered architect.
Candidates will be required to attend a
special interview and/or submit a portfolio
of work.
Design: Architects, Furniture Designer,
Urban Designer, Architectural Technologists, Design Technician, Draftsperson,
Interior and Spatial Designer-(involved
in the design of internal spaces, structural alterations, furnishings, fixtures
and fittings, lighting and colour
schemes), Landscape Architect Management , Building Surveyor, Higher
Education Lecturer.
