Changing rooms
We have two big changing rooms available for all the mens teams. Teams will be divided by group
and start time to minimize crowdedness. For the women we have one separate changing room
available. Since the changing rooms are shared and won’t be locked we strongly recommend
everybody to take their personal belongings with them to the field. All locker rooms are fitted with
showers.
Money
For your and our convenience we will use coins for payment during the tournament. You can buy
coins in the club house or Tournament Leader’s Table next to the playing fields. You can pay for the
coins in cash or with credit / debit card. One coin equals one euro. Leftover coins can be converted
back to cash after the tournament is over.
Merchandise can be bought using cash or debit card. In case you want to withdraw cash money,
there’s an ATM not far from our facility. It is located at the intersection of the Floridadreef and
Franciscusdreef inside the Jumbo supermarket.
Water
The organization will provide teams with free bottles of water at the beginning of each tournament
day. You can collect your bottles at the Tournament Leader Table, next to the fields. In Netherlands it
is perfectly safe to drink the water straight from the tap so the empty bottles can be refilled at any
time.
Toilets
Toilets are located in the changing rooms and inside the club house. Please notify someone from the
staff if it runs out of supplies (like toilet paper).
Trash
The organization will set up trash cans alongside the pitches and close to the food tent. We kindly
request everybody use these to dispose of their trash. Please notify someone from the organization
when a trash can is full.
Medic
Throughout the tournament there will be two first responders (EHBO) on site. They can be consulted
in case of injuries. Participants must be insured for medical assistance in the unfortunate case of a
trip to the hospital.
A map of the tournament location is attached at the end.
