Ohio State Reformatory Historic Site and Ohio Bird
Sanctuary
Thursday, June 22, 8 a.m., bus departure; 5 p.m.,
estimated return.
Explore history and haunting at the magnificent
Chateau-like reformatory, which housed more
than 155,000 men as a state prison. The
Ohio Bird Sanctuary encompasses over
90 acres, including hiking trails, live
bird-of-prey displays, and a walkthrough songbird aviary. Lunch on
your own at the Der Dutchman
Restaurant.

Scenic Float Tour
Monday, June 26, 8 a.m., bus departure;

Drift on a gentle floating raft through the beautiful,
ancient valleys of the Little Miami and the Whitewater
rivers. Your guide will introduce you to these scenic
waterways with tales and knowledge of the wildlife and
natural history. Also, our schedule includes a shopping
trip to Jungle Jim’s. Lunch included.

Ohio State Fair

One of the biggest and best events of the year, the Ohio
State Fair is headed our way. Enjoy amazing performers,
the famous butter cow, exhibits, displays, shopping,
delicious food, a tribute to The Carpenters and so much
more.

Lake Erie Island Hopping
