Sponsoring a fundraiser event at the Mattatuck Museum is a great opportunity for your company to be recognized
for its philanthropic support by your clients, employees and colleagues. The Summer Fling, a casual festive event
at the Museum will give your organization an effective platform to reach your company’s target audience and to
achieve strategic marketing objectives.
Our Sponsors directly contribute to the success and enhancement of our high-quality programming
and exhibitions! Please consider becoming a Summer Fling Sponsor!
$5,000 Kick-off Sponsor ($4,500 tax deductible)
• Company Name or Logo on all print materials including the Save the Date, invitation, press releases,
newsletter, and on museum website (up to 3,100 substantive visits monthly) and on all e-blasts promoting
the event to over 2,600 individuals.
• Company Name or Logo in prominent locations on the night of event.
• Acknowledgement at event from the Director/Chairman.
• Ten complimentary tickets for the Summer Fling Party.
• One time usage of the Community Meeting Room for meeting during regular Museum hours.
• One VIP tour of the Museum collection for a group of 15 at a mutually agreed upon time.

• Company Name or Logo on print materials including invitation, press releases, newsletter, and on museum
website (up to 3,100 substantive visits monthly) and on all e-blasts promoting the event to over 2,600
individuals.
