OVERVIEW:
I have held senior executive positions at Elizabeth Arden, Lancôme, Paris
and became VP, Tiffany & Co., where I developed the TIFFANY perfume.
I developed successful brand initiatives and innovative products for
companies such as: Avon, Bath & Body Works, Burberrys, Banana
Republic, Lancaster, Origins, Oilily, Trish McEvoy, under my Company,
SCENTERPRISES LTD., and create Bespoke Perfumes at my perfumery in
NY city, THE SCENTARIUM for celebrities and all fragrance lovers, and
impart my knowledge as Adjunct Professor of Fragrance – LIM COLLEGE

Upscale Dutch manufacturer, Oilily, licensed their non-apparel beauty and
accessories products into limited distribution in US.
• Developed brand positioning, sales & marketing strategy, and launch plans for
Saks, Sephora, Henri Bendel, Fred Segal, Nordstrom
• Collection included fragrance & beauty, accessories, watches, stationery, and
home products. Developed plans to create Oilily ‘shop-in-shop’ concepts.
Consultant to Avon over a period of 5 years.
Developed four successful strategic initiatives for Core business:
Air Freshener Brand, Home Scent Collection, Avon Candles, and a separate
new Health & Wellbeing Initiative – all generated incremental business to Avon.
