Do you remember the “Keep Sweden Clean”
campaign?
That was one of the first impressions the Gilanpour
brothers got when they arrived in Sweden, in
the middle of the 1980s. Apart from the fresh air,
that is. It was their vision and sterling engineering
degrees that helped the brothers in their quest
to join in and contribute to keeping Sweden
clean. And not just Sweden, but even places far
beyond the country’s borders! Their air and water
purification technology has become world leading
over the years.
The main component of their technology is
ozone: nature’s own cleaning tool. They managed
to create ozone artificially by using technology that
imitates nature’s approach. Meaning it is natural
and environmentally friendly. Their company, Ozone
Tech Systems, which has almost twenty years of
in-house experience in development, manufacturing
and sales, has led to their ozone generators
being unique on the market. The products are
characterised by Swedish quality and reliability
combined with low energy use and maintenance
costs. Added to that is the ability to offer clients
the best solution imaginable based on their actual

What is Ozone?
Ozone consists of three oxygen atoms and is a
gas found naturally in the air we breathe. It works
as nature’s own cleaning method to keep air and
water free of viruses, bacteria and other harmful
microorganisms.
Ozone eliminates contaminants during the
cleaning process, which decays it into normal
oxygen. In other words, ozone results in no
harmful byproducts.
Another, and in fact, more suitable, name for
ozone is active oxygen. When we, like nature,
create ozone through high voltage discharges, we
change the oxygen atoms in the air into O3, in other
words, ozone.
Or, as we prefer to call it: active oxygen.
Why use ozone?
Ozone (O3) consists of three oxygen atoms and is

oxygen eliminates contaminants and is broken down

Ozone is as easy to introduce to water as it is to
air, which means the cleaning process becomes very
effective, not to mention advantageous in terms of
cost savings.

Clean air!
Cleaning water with the use of ozone brings many advantages
compared to more traditional methods, such as chlorine or UV
disinfection. The main one is that ozone is most effective at
eliminating microorganisms such as viruses and bacteria. Not only
that, but ozone actually prevents microorganisms from growing!
Another advantage is that ozone works with a very short
reaction time, which means it is even more flexible.
Speaking of flexibility, when ozone is generated onsite, there
is no need to handle chemicals, thus eliminating their associated
transport costs. As well as the risks involved! Ozone cleaning
results in no harmful byproducts. Even the ozone itself is broken
down into normal oxygen.
Enclosed areas with poor ventilation or high levels of
microorganisms suffer from bad odour problems. This includes
everything from garbage rooms to bedrooms. Ozone is
antibacterial and not just effectively eliminates bad odours, it also
gets rid of the microorganisms that cause them, such as mould,
bacteria and viruses. All this, without leaving any byproducts at all!
Clean water!
Our range
Our product line has an impressive, not to mention
unique, range. Our ozone generators are perfect
for eliminating smoke from households, that dog
smell from cars, mould from cellars, or just enjoying
fresh, clean air in the bedroom; as well as being
just the thing for larger, industrial purposes, such
as keeping catering facilities clean, purifying water,
sewage and swimming pools, and ensuring fresh
ventilation in tower blocks.
ACT Series
All generators in the ACT series are enclosed
within a stainless steel cabinet. Simple and
easy to use controls. Variable effect. The
generators can, with the help of a switch,
be configured to automatically power on and
off. ACT series models are available up to 10
g/h. Stainless steel cabinet.
ICT Series
The ICT series all
feature stainless steel enclosures with
connectors at the bottom for oxygen, ozone
and cold water. The electrical couplings are
also found at the bottom. The control unit
deals with all vital parameters and sounds
an alarm if abnormal values are detected. An
external control unit is also available, providing
more functions. The models in the ICT series
are available up to 480 g/h.

High performance
ozone generation
requires a high
concentration
oxygen feed. These
productsallow extra oxygen to be easily
added and they are recommended for the
high performance ICT and DCT series.
FTX Series
All generators
in the FTX series
are enclosed
within a stainless
steel cabinet.
Simple and easy
to use controls. Adjustable ozone production
(0-100%) External control by relays and a
4-20 mA signal. The models in the FTX series
are specially suited to ventilation systems and
are available up to 20 g/h.
DCT Series
DCT series models are
entirely constructed from
stainless steel. The
connectors for oxygen,
ozone and cold water are
all on the right. Whilst the
electrical connections are
all found on the left. The
generator continuously
reads all the parameters
and sounds an alarm if
abnormal values are
detected. The control unit
can be connected to an external computer or
the internet. The models in the DCT series are
available up to 5,000 g/h.
