The Sarasota Office of Housing and Community Development does NOT
have any funding available for Down Payment Assistance, however,
there are some other websites with funding available.
www.floridahousing.org – This a program through the State of Florida and
available state wide.
http://hfaleeco.org/firstplus-second-dpa-program/ - This is the Lee County
Housing Finance Authority but they serve Sarasota County as well.
www.firsthome4u.com – This is a nationwide program, you will have to click
Florida on the left side of the screen then find Sarasota County.
