HellasFin is planning to establish
a Greek REIC
Real estate is an important asset class for many of HellasFin’s
customers. HellasFin has conducted a research among its clients
and found that there is a clear need for professional management
of properties, diversification of the portfolio of real estate assets
and proper tax planning.
HellasFin believes the best vehicle to invest in this asset class is
the establishment of a REIC, under the management of HellasFin.
After the completion of the business plan and the formation of
the strategy of the REIC, potential investors will be informed. The
initial capital will be provided by existing customers, which will
contribute either cash or carefully selected real estate properties,
as Health Tourism Properties.
