paint every home in magnolia, with ceilings and internal
woodwork in brilliant white. Doors throughout your home
are panel styled and feature chrome lever handles.
A new home has many other advantages over secondhand. Energy efficiency is maximised with double glazing
(and the added safety feature of locks to all ground floor
windows that open), loft insulation and gas fired central
heating for lower bills.
We provide plenty of electrical sockets in your new home
for all your gadgets, along with the TV outlet and BT point
adjacent for cable/satellite TV.
And the outside story
We know that the outside space of a home is just as
important to you as the inside space. So our commitment
to giving you the perfect living environment is equally
focused here.
Front doors are pre-finished GRP panelled doors with a
smooth finish in white and a three point locking system
and chrome ironmongery.
We finish your home with white PVCu frames and sealed
double glazed units, with the added safety feature of locks
to all ground floor windows that open.
The garden to the front of your home will be landscaped
ready to enjoy from the day you move in and will form part
of the development’s common grounds. As part of the
overall upkeep and maintenance of the grounds of your
development, home owners may have to pay a proportion
of all common repair and maintenance charges relative
