HVB globalTRXnet SEPA Credit Transfer (CCT) – Setting up and sending Quick Guide Version 4.5 28 February 2012 2 SETTING UP AND SENDING ORDERS Open the menu Payment Transactions in the navigation menu on the left side. Click <New Payment> in the menu to select payment options. Highlight SEPA Credit Transfer (CCT) and confirm with <OK>. 3 The mask SEPA Credit Transfer, page 1 appears. Enter your payment details. Choose from an already-existing originator of SEPA payments or set up a new one via <New>. In addition choose the beneficiary or set him up with <New>. Continue with <Next>. The mask SEPA Credit Transfer, page 2 appears. Insert your payment sum, add a variant collection date, and the reason for the payment. Save the payment by clicking on <OK>. 4 You will be returned to the mask Payment Transactions: Summary. Your direct debit will be shown here. To send the payment order to the executing bank, highlight it and confirm with <Sign>. The mask Sign Payment appears. By marking Print Report an overview of payments will be shown as a pop-up after the transfer. (Therefore, please check the popup settings of your web browser). Confirm the transfer by inserting your password and clicking on <Sign>. 5 The payment transfer will be sent now to the executing bank. Transaction details will be shown and can be printed via browser function. The overview Payment Transactions is blank again. If other signatures are needed (depending on the bank) kindly use the Quick Guide “EBICS: Distributed Signature (VEU)” for the next steps. 6 NOTE z SEPA payments are only possible in EUR. z SEPA payments to foreign countries must be reported in the same manner as other foreign payments. An electronic report is not required for SEPA payments. Kindly use the form Z4 available from the Deutsche Bundesbank. z HVB globalTRX net 4.5 generates the manually inserted data into SEPA format V2.5 and transmits it via order type CCT. z For further questions regarding SEPA transactions kindly contact your eConsultant.
