Project Brief for Building Information Modelling Consultancy Services
1. Project Background
Project TKW/1/002 - Ma Tau Wai Road/Chun Tin Street, Hunghom
1.1 The Development comprises a total GFA of about 24,000m², with two numbers of 29-storey residential towers over a 4storey podium and 1-storey basement carpark.

The detailed design on architectural, structural and building services are prepared by design consultants.
The Main Contract Works are scheduled to be commenced in Q2 2017.
Project MK/01 - Conservation and Revitalization Works at 600-626 Shanghai Street, Mongkok
1.4 The commercial development comprises about 5,200m² non-domestic GFA, with revitalization on part of the façades and
one historical building (4-storey) and construction of the 4 to 6-storey new building.

The detailed design on architectural, structural and building services are prepared by design consultants.
The Main Contract Works are scheduled to be commenced in Q2 2017.
2. General Scope of Services for Project TKW/1/002 and Project MK/01
The consultancy services include the following:
- to develop a BIM Project Execution Plan;
- to develop a building information (BI) model at the design stage;
- to act as a BI model checker and review the contractors' BI model at the construction stage; and
- to coordinate and review the as-built BI model at the as-built stage.
