THE ABOVE TABLE OF FARES IS INCLUSIVE OF VAT
A copy of the proposed table of fares may be inspected at the Offices of St. Edmundsbury Borough
Council, West Suffolk House, Western Way, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk IP33 3YU, Monday to Friday
between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.00 pm. Any person wishing to make an objection in respect of the
proposed table of fares should do so in writing to the Council at the address below, or by email to
[email protected] by 12 noon on Friday 28 August 2015. Please include the reasons for the
objection and full name and address.
It should be noted that if no objection to the proposed table of fares is duly made within the period
mentioned above, or if all objections made are withdrawn, the proposed table of fares will not come into
operation until 00:01 hours on Thursday 5 October 2015 or at the date of the withdrawal of the objection
or, if more than one, of the last objection, whichever date is the later. Further if the objection is duly
made as aforesaid and is not withdrawn, St. Edmundsbury Borough Council
shall set a further date, on which the table of fares shall come into force
with or without modifications as decided by the Council after consideration
of the objections.
