General terms and conditions for conferences and group reservations
The following terms and conditions have to be accepted for all contracts made with the
Golf Resort Achental. Special cases and programmes have to be agreed between both
parties, hotel and customer by contract.
1.) Tenant / Customer
These terms and conditions shall apply to any accommodation and package (travel
contract) with the Gplf Resort Achental. Tenant is the one who is signing the contract. In
case of difference between signing and responsible person so is liable the entire
chairman.
2.) Reservation / conclusion of contract
The contract takes effect at the tenants request and on acceptance by the hotel and
written a discretion or confirmation. The payment of quoted deposits is also part of the
contract. The contract has to be signed until latest 14 days after getting. In case of
overdue, the hotel is allowed to release all the space / rooms.
3.) Availability of rates and quotations
The contracted rates are valid for 5 month starting from the conclusion of the contract.
After this term, the hotel may increase the rates without prior notice, but not more than
15% compared to the contracted rates.
4.) Cancellation of Rooms and Service Reservation
Reservations are abliging for both parties. Should the client only be able to give an
approximate number of participants, this may only vary up to 10% of the actual number
contracted. Otherwise the Golf Resort Achental is not able to guarantee for the agreed
service. The accurate number of participants is required by th hotel at the latest 5
working days prior to arrival. Additional cancellation clauses you will find under point 7.
5.) Recession / withdrawel by the hotel
The hotel may withdraw from the contract immediately if an agreed deposit or security is
not credited to the hotels account by the contracted date or if the contract can not be
performed due to act of god, strike or any other circumstances beyond the hotels
control. Other reasons for recession as well are: if the hotel has good reason to believe
that use of the hotel may jeopardise the smooth operation, safety or public reputation,
without this being within the hotels scope of influence. Then the Golf Resort Achental is
allowed to charge cancellation fee.
6.) Liability of the hotel, Priscription, Objects, Broughts in etc.
Any objects such as decoration, exhibition material, devices etc. are brought in in the
customers own responsibility
Objects and materials left in generally accessible rooms of the hotel shall not be
reforced as brought in, unless they have been take by an authorised hotel person.
Own food and drinks may not be brought to the hotel by the client. A special written
agreement may be made it for example national specialities are required. In this case
there will be service charges.
7.) Cancelation Clauses
In case of cancellation of reserved services by tenant, the following will be
charged: Cancellation until 60 days prior to arrival is free of any charges

charged with 30% of the reserved services.

8.) Cancelation Clauses for conferences with more than 70 rooms per
night
In case of cancellation of reserved services by tenant, the following will be charged:

9.) GEMA
All parties which require music have to be announced to the GEMA by the tenant. All
charges therefore have to be paid by the customer. The hotel is exempted from any
claim due to customers not announcing.
10.) Liability of tenant
The tenant is liable for all damage or lost of invenory, which caused by participants
during the function or stay of the group. The brought in of exhibition materials or any
thing else is on tenants own responsibility.
