Section A: General information
Purpose of this form
For exporters and occupiers of registered establishments to apply for a new cut code or
product type to export dairy, egg or fish products from Australia.
Do not use this form to add an existing cut code or product type to your establishment.
Before applying
• See current cut codes and product types for dairy, eggs and/or fish.
• See the Fish names database for common and scientific names. This name will appear as the
product description on your export documents.
• Check the Australian Harmonized Export Commodity Classification (AHECC) code for your
product.
• Contact the Department of Immigration and Border Protection for written verification of
the AHECC code for your product.
