We started this family with Desdemona. This line is synonymous of genetic; expressing the best in the world for sport, with
roots firmly linked to showjumping. It is the rare case in which each generation has produced at the highest international level.
Desdemona’s father is the outstanding stallion Almè Z. For nearly 20 years he covered mares worldwide and started a great
line of competing stallions who is continuing today by his sons and grandsons, international champions as yet unmatched. The
sons: Galoubet A, I Love You, Jalisco B, Joyau D’Or, …. The grand-sons: Quick Star, Skippy II, Baloubet du Rouet,
Quidam de Revel, Quito de Baussy, Papillon Rouge, The grand-grand-sons: Quasimodo Z, Quebec, Quality Touch Z,

The father Numero Uno is a son of the phenomenal sire Libero H, who made history winning the 1994 World Cup final. Libero
H’s outstanding traits, conformation and movement are passed on by Numero Uno. His dam Jolanda, who comes out of the
small but strong Holsteiner-line 429 – who produced Aldato (Anblick xx), Heidelberg (Ladykiller xx), Benedictus (Benvenuto
xx) and Lorenz (Ladykiller xx) - combines two great sires in her pedigree: Lord Calando and Ahorn Z. Numero Uno is an
unstoppable sire. His sons from his first year at stud, Tamino and Tyson, are on the Dutch A-team. He was awarded the
PREF predicate for his excellence as a sire. In 2013 at La Baule Nation Cup, the winning Dutch Team was composed by three
Numero Uno’s offspring.
