A Note Concerning Time Compliance
and File Upload Accuracy
•
If you submit your exam without a file, or with the wrong file:
– Please email [email protected] immediately.
– Do not email your answer file. We will contact you with instructions for submitting the
file.
•
Students who fail to submit a file, or who submit the wrong file:
– will have the amount of time elapsed between clicking Submit Quiz and submitting the
correct file added to the total time used for that exam.
– will be referred to the Dean of Students for review under the Honor Code.
•
We will no longer review laptops for time compliance or download exam
answer files directly from student computers/drives.
– If you submit your answer file late, you may complete a pink sheet at the Exam Center
to explain why the file was submitted late, but the total time used will be reported to
the professor at the conclusion of the exam period.
•
If you are concerned you may experience difficulty with the file upload
process, then you should write your exams between 9am – 5pm Mon-Fri
during the exam period, as these are the hours the administrative staff will
be available to assist you in resolving any technical issues.
