TerraNoble Design is founded on the belief that human
habitation of the planet must move in a new direction.
The future requires that we transcend making things
more sustainable and develop integrated planning and
design solutions that establish a symbiotic relationship
between people and the natural world. A fusion of
socio-economic, geo-political, planning, design,
environmental and technical expertise allows us to
envision holistic and innovative solutions in addressing
the future.
TerraNoble Design comes to the table without
preconceived notions. We work collaboratively and by
actively listening to our client partners to reveal the
unique character of place, assess the systems in play
and generate one-of-a-kind integrated solutions. The
outcome of our approach is more than solving a single
challenge; rather it is the development of a fully
integrated web of symbiotic relationships between
people, place and nature that creates multiple value
added propositions. Creation of multiple
interrelationships and interdependencies results in
strong ownership and advocacy, increased vibrancy
and adaptive resiliency.
From vernal pool to watershed, community garden to
city-wide vision, TerraNoble Design’s work addresses a
range of scales and purposes in the regeneration of
natural systems and human settlements.

Downtown Strategic Plan
Flemington, New Jersey
Client: Flemington Business Improvement District (FBID)
The Borough of Flemington was one of New Jersey’s best small towns. Agriculture and glass manufacturing drove the Borough’s growth into the 1900’s. As the industries grew so did a rich architectural history, much of which is still visible today. Signs of a renaissance are visible in Flemington with steps taken to reopen the Union Hotel, the opening of the Stangl Factory Galleries, and Bluefish restaurant. Demographic trends including the aging of the “Baby Boomers” and emergence of the “Millennial” generation have renewed interest in living in unique downtown communities that offer a rich lifestyle. The Downtown Strategic Plan was conceived to stimulate the formulation and adoption of a vision that will promote the Borough's renaissance. The success of the plan relies on the Borough taking a market driven approach to amending regulations, lowering the cost of entry for the development community, and bringing predictability to the approvals process. 

3. Establish a Blue-Greenbelt to connect and protect ecological resources.
4. Enhance regional transit opportunities & create a multi-purpose trail network.
5. Preserve the Fort's historic and cultural resources.
The plan proposes development of 6.5 million square feet with the creation of a
high-tech, communications, information technology and green industry corridor.
Mixed-use town centers are proposed in the three host communities to promote
healthy live-work-leisure lifestyles. A broad range of housing typologies,
including homeless, affordable, workforce, historic home reuse and new rental
and for-sale products are planned.
 BRAC reuse plan
 Economic revitalization
 High-Tech business attraction
 Affordable & workforce housing

Dunellen Downtown Redevelopment Plan
Dunellen, New Jersey
Client: Toll Brothers
Dunellen’s 24-acre Downtown Redevelopment area is comprised of 3 parcels
located adjacent to the New Jersey Transit’s Raritan Valley Line. TNDPA
created a conceptual master plan for a pedestrian friendly, “Railroad Town”

Coney Island Steeplechase Plaza
Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York
Client: New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC)
Coney Island emerged in the late 1800’s as a refreshing, seaside retreat for New York
City’s densely settled and booming population. By the start of the 20th Century, glittering
lights and thrilling amusement rides created a spectacle of invention, imagination, and
innovation. The five-acre Steeplechase Park formed the heart of Coney Island’s
entertainment district. Engaging visitors from a beach boardwalk entrance, the Park
featured the Pavilion of Fun, circle swings, the Funny Staircase, Human Roulette, and the
Steeplechase Ride, where mechanical horses bucked along a circular track.
The turn of the millennium has brought revival to Steeplechase Park with the construction
of Keyspan Ballpark on 2.5 acres as a home for The Brooklyn Cyclones, a New York
Mets minor-league affiliate. A re-zoning framework being advanced by the City calls for
Steeplechase Plaza and its remaining two acres of open space to become the
amusement area’s central public space. The new Steeplechase Plaza needs to match
the qualities of scale, innovation, and year-round surprise that have defined Coney Island.
The plaza is envisioned as a one-of-a-kind civic and entertainment space which will be
anchored by the historically landmarked Parachute Jump and the restored B&B Carousel.
Leading the project team, EDAW New York is collaborating with EDAW’s London office,
Rockwell Group, Arup, DMJM Harris, Jason Bruges Studio, WET Design, Li/Saltzman
Architects, VJ Associates and MRA International. Working with the New York City
Economic Development Corporation, the New York City Department Parks & Recreation,
the Coney Island Development Corporation and the community, EDAW will steer the
$4-million design project from site analysis through conceptual design, contract
documents, development of a maintenance plan, and construction observation.

Scranton Adventure and Wellness Park
Scranton, Pennsylvania
Client: Lackawanna Heritage Valley National & State Heritage Area
The Lackawanna River Heritage Trail is part of a seventy mile multi-purpose trail
system that stretches from Pittston north to connect with the Delaware and Hudson
Rail Trail. In 2013 Lackawanna Heritage Valley (LHV) opened eight miles of new
trails including the Scranton to Taylor section. LHV is focused on celebrating the
rich history of the area while providing facilities to improve the mental and physical
health of residents and visitors.
TerraNoble Design was retained to prepare a prototype Adventure and Wellness
Park plan in support of a funding application to Blue Cross of Pennsylvania. LHV
proposes to construct three trailside parks and multiple fitness stations along the 20
mile stretch from Scranton to Carbondale. The park is programmed to provide
multi-generational physical and mental wellness activities for people of all abilities
and ranging in age from preschool to senior citizens.
Laurel Hill, a man-made topographic feature, rises fifteen feet above the trail and is
the center for rock climbing and bouldering activities for teens and adults. Covered
with Mountain Laurel, the Pennsylvania State Flower, the hill will have a woodland
ramble character. At its trailside base a 10 station fitness loop is proposed to
strengthen the body.
On the opposite side of Laurel Hill and separated for safety is the Children's
Adventure Play Pit. Here youngsters will be encouraged to use their imagination in
climbing, spelunking, and sliding their way to improved fitness and agility. The
adventure is heightened by the addition of a rustic timber tree house reached by a
bridge over the parks promenade path. The tree house marks the beginning of the
low ropes course designed to enhance personal development and provide
opportunities for team building. Ten to twenty challenges will be offered to
encourage park users to go beyond their self-imposed boundaries resulting in
enhanced self-confidence and esteem. A BMX Pump Park rounds out the active
recreational opportunities.
Mental wellness has been shown to be equally important to good health. A
Labyrinth and Native Medicinal Plant Garden are proposed as a setting for mediation
and reflection. Entered beneath a rustic, vine draped arbor and surrounded by
evergreens, the garden will provide a quiet place to escape the hustle and bustle of
daily life.
Other proposed amenities include public restrooms, walking and running paths, a
community garden, a broad oval lawn for special events and fitness classes,
connections to adjacent ball fields, and parking for twenty vehicles.
ECOLOGICAL RESTORATION
Lions Gate Butterfly Discovery Center
Bloomfield, New Jersey
Client: Township of Bloomfield
The transformation of the former Scientific Glass property from a Super Fund site to
a Butterfly Discovery Center will benefit Bloomfield residents and the environment.
The project was made possible through funding from the Township's Open Space
Trust Fund. The strategically located property is a vital link in Bloomfield's Open
Space Master Plan and abuts the Third River. The approximately 5-acre will be
transformed into an environmental education center with links to the public school
system and Bloomfield College.
Envisioned as a passive park, the plan provides environmental benefits including
reforestation and wildflower meadows to slow stormwater run-off to the Third River,
while acting as a bio-filtration system to cleanse the run-off. Manufactured soils
will be placed over the cap to create suitable planting media for a wide spectrum of
native grasses and wildflowers attractive to each stage of butterfly development
and as habitat-forage, along with a shrub layer, for avian and mammal species.

Lucent Technologies Administrative Headquarters
Warren Township, New Jersey
Client: Lucent Technologies
Architect: Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum, PC
With AT&T’s breakup, Lucent selected the King George Road site for their campus.
Tim Delorm, Principal Planner and Landscape Architect led a team in preparing the
master plan, securing site plan approval and design of the 250-acre property. The 1.5
million square foot five building campus occupies the wooded hillsides and upland
meadows of the site affording the preservation of wetland and stream corridors.
Structured parking was employed to minimize disturbance and realize the desired office
program. Three development zones were created and unique garden amenities
created to support employees providing business break out areas and recreational
opportunities.
Woodland, meadow and pond gardens were created with a mix of indigenous and
ornamental plants. A stone amphitheater on the hillside above the pond is used for
continuing education. Stormwater is collected in the pond near the Meadow Building.

GTE Executive Training Center
Norwalk, Connecticut
Client: GTE Corporation
Architect: Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum, PC
GTE Corporation purchased the 66-acre site of the Holy Ghost Fathers, an order of
Catholic Monks for reuse as the home of their corporate training center. Located in a
Triple-A residential neighborhood the site required rezoning to permit the use. The
design sought to preserve site character, locate buildings in the treed landscape without
disturbance, regenerate the site’s bio-diversity and create public recreation.
The architecture was designed to evoke the character of British Architect Edwin Lutyens
Country Houses. Designed as three purpose-driven buildings, with steep gables, teak
and timber details and expansive slate roofs, the highly articulated vernacular style
resides timelessly within a grove of mature maples. The three buildings including the
guest wing, conference center and athletic pavilion are interconnected by second floor
bridges to minimize site impact and maintain a compact footprint.
 Rezoning for Non-confirming Use
 Preservation & enhancement of sensitive
landscapes
 Corporate & neighborhood recreation
 Wetland & meadow restoration
The landscape is one of preservation, regeneration, restraint and repose. Driveways
were laid out in the field to ensure its journey through woodlands, meadows, ponds and
hillsides were sensitive to preserving the sites natural systems. The Landscape
Architect preserved and enhanced features created by the Holy Ghost Fathers including
stations of the cross, rustic stone stairways, wetlands and the fishing pond which was
restocked with trout for the enjoyment of trainees and the public. Upper pond wetland
function was restored and incorporated into the site’s storm water management plan.
Meadow diversity was reestablished for grassland bird habitat.
The facility was recognized with the American Institute of Architects, American Society of
Landscape Architects and Connecticut’s Good Neighbor Awards.

Black Creek Sanctuary
Vernon, New Jersey
Client: Intrawest Corporation
Architects: Minno & Wasko, PC
Mountain Creek Resort is a four season mountain destination created by Intrawest
Corporation. Intrawest retained EDAW to provide master planning and design
services to create the vision for Mountain Creek. Tim Delorm as Principal
Landscape Architect worked with a multi-disciplinary team on the master plan that
included 1,500 homes, hotels, a mixed-use retail base village and new ski lodges.
Black Creek Sanctuary is the first phase of Mountain Creek consisting of 13-homes
on 70-acres. Located below the lower village and adjacent to an existing pond, the
community enjoys scenic views of the surrounding mountains and Vernon Valley.
The site plan focuses on creating a Adirondack style recreational community,
integrated through a series of open spaces, trails and bike paths to the main village.
Key elements of the plan include a central amenity space with cascading waterfalls,
pools, hot tubs, barbecue area, fire pit, ice skating, lawn and gazebo, a boathouse,
boardwalk and children’s playground.
• 133-home Adirondack themed recreation
community
• Wetland & habitat restoration
The plan restores the natural ecology of the pond and re-establishes the indigenous
landscape creating wetlands, meadows and forest. Plant material was selected to
provide forage for birds and mammals bringing nature closer to the residents.
Walkers enjoying the island nature trail can take cover in the bird blind or tree
house.

Mohegan Sun Casino and Hotel
Uncasville, Connecticut Client: Mohegan Tribal Authority
Architects: Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and The Rockwell Group
Located in scenic southeastern Connecticut on 240 acres along the Thames River, the
Mohegan Sun Casino and Hotel has undergone a spectacular $1 billion
expansion/renovation. Along with the recent opening of a new casino, retail and
restaurant complex, and entertainment venues, the distinctive destination resort has
added 1,200 new hotel rooms, meeting and convention space, and spa facilities.
• 240-acre destination resort and casino
entertainment venue
• Project includes new casino, retail,
entertainment venues, 1,200 hotel rooms,
convention center and spa
• Landscape celebrates tribal spiritual beliefs
and culture
Tim Delorm’s approach to master planning and landscape design re-establishes
indigenous landscape in the areas surrounding the casino and hotel. Mixed native and
ornamental plantings are set in contrast to abstract interpretations of tribal lore and
culture, which inform both the architecture and the entry landscape, providing a
memorable arrival experience for guests and visitors. Tribal symbols and forms are
evoked in earthworks, stone groups and plant selections to create distinct transitions
from the native forest. Landscape for the rooftop pool terrace used native plants and
stonework to create an informal glade for individual guests while providing outdoor space
for larger gatherings and poolside entertainment.
Arriving guests enter a great tribal circle, 300 feet in diameter at the entrance to the
Casino of the Sky. Formed as an Earthen bowl, the circle is defined by 13 rock
formations marking the path of the moon across the celestial sky. The bowl is
punctuated by the “Tree of Life” symbolic of the tribe’s creation story. Ornamental and
native plants were selected based on aesthetics and their use by the Mohegan tribe for
spiritual, medicinal and domestic purposes.

Port Imperial Ferry Terminal
Weehawken, New Jersey
Client: NY Waterway and NJ Transit
Architect: Gruzen, Sampton Architects
EDAW provided landside planning and landscape design services to the Port
Authority of New York, New Jersey Transit and New Jersey and New York
Waterways for the design of a new private ferry terminal across from mid-town
Manhattan in Weehawken, New Jersey. EDAW’s concept plan addresses access,
parking, arrival/departure drop-off and creation of an 800-foot riverfront esplanade.
. 800-foot
.............riverfront esplanade
The esplanade design draws upon the elements of nature, wind and water that have
shaped the Hudson River shoreline for centuries. Pavement designs incorporate a
wave-like form evoking the action of waves in a combination of precast concrete and
granite. The wave defines the separation of the public waterfront esplanade and the
terminal’s loading and unloading zone. Ornamental grasses in combination with salt
tolerant evergreen planting lend a sense of isolation from the terminal.

The esplanade is terminated with two Harbor Lights, picking up on harbor channel
markers. Light poles are designed to appear to bend in the wind and ornamental

Valley Arts District Open Space Master Plan
Orange, New Jersey
Client: HANDS, Inc + Valley Arts, Inc.
Community stakeholders shaped the public realm of their fifteen block, emerging arts
district. The project was funded by Together North Jersey's Micro-Grant Program.
The plan was developed in a series of workshops by the "Valley We Design"
workgroup. During the neighborhood Discovery Tour "Idea Bubbles" were placed
throughout the district suggesting potential uses for open spaces and photographs
were uploaded to Instagram affording real-time sharing of the groups’ discoveries.
The workgroup established programming and initial design ideas for six valley open
spaces. Each group presented their ideas and concepts for Scotland Road's gateways
and underpasses, establishing a festival grounds, transforming the Memorial Park into
a place for people, and creating new pocket parks along Valley Road.
TerraNoble Design refined and developed the design concepts around the theme of
"Art at the Heart of Community". The final design recommendations centered on the
concept that every element of the Valley's open space is a blank canvas awaiting the
artist's brush, sculptor's chisel, welder's torch, and muralist's mosaic tile.
The Scotland Road gateway designs are recommended to employ artful sign totems,
"Hat City" themed benches and colorful street tattoos to brand the district. Murals
and mosaics are proposed to enliven the railroad underpasses. Script Writer's
Pocket Park transforms a parking lot adjacent to Luna Stage into an outdoor dining
and street performance space. A sister pocket park is proposed as a sculptural skate
park with a Bicycle Skate Shop inhabiting the former gas station.
At the heart of the district is the transformation of Memorial Park into a pleasant
people's park with movable cafe tables and chairs, game tables, asphalt chalk art
canvases and space for Hat City Kitchen performers to bring their music outdoors.
Fund raising and T.A.P. grant funding is underway to implement the Freeman Avenue
Gateway.

Gerber Residence Patio and Landscape Design
Montclair, New Jersey
Client: Robert & Nancy Gerber
TerraNoble Design, P.A. was retained by the Gerber's to create a lush
garden setting for their home and an immersive landscape for outdoor
entertaining and relaxation. The front yard was redesigned to create a
woodland clearing with flowing beds and three season color using deer
resistant plant materials.
An meandering bluestone walk lined with low voltage LED lights gracefully
leads visitors to the front door beneath Redbud and Okame Cherry trees. A
rich carpet of perennials provide color from spring to fall with Hydrangea,
Japanese Maple, Chocolate Ruffles Heuchera and Nepeta providing summer
interest.
The design for the backyard creates three terraced outdoor rooms to give
structure and a sense of intimacy to the yard. A shade pavilion with Colonial
detailing added to the deck creates a cozy setting for reading and
entertaining.
Robustly scaled Snapped Bluestone walls define the patio and conceal the
deck's skirt. An allee of Okame Cherry trees enhance the sense of
enclosure created by the walls. Otto Luyken Laurel, Twist and Shout
Hydrangea, Delaware White Azalea, Dwarf Fountain Grass, variegated White
Iris and other perennials create a graceful border to the patio.
The lawn is reached by blue stones set in pink Creeping Thyme and three
split face bluestone steps. The rear property line is densely planted with
River Birch, Meserve Holly, Siberian Dogwood and Azaleas to transition into
the woodlands of Watchung Reservation.
LED night lighting was introduced to up light the Cherry Trees and a pendant
light with dimmer softly illuminates the shade pavilion extending the use of
the patio garden into the evening hours.
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
Niblo Cabin at Emerald Lake
Thompson, New York
Client: Kevin & Susan Niblo
The Niblo Cabin at Emerald Lake's design is inspired by the natural
bluestone rock outcroppings indiginous to the lower Catskill region of New
York State. The shallow lot required the cabin to be set forward to maintain
lakeside DEC buffers. In consultation with the Owners, TNDPA chose an
approach that created a rock outcropping rising to six feet above road grade
to establish a foreground view that screens street views.
Indigenous boulders and bluestone slabs were set in place in a series of
terraces. The walls are purposely rustic in nature to create planting pockets.
Guests parking roadside, arrive at the cabin by walking up the steps to the
table rock at the top of the garden then gracefully descend to the entry patio.
The outcrops height is accentuated using evergreen shrubs and graceful
Oriental Spruce to heighten the sense of privacy.
Plant materials were selected for their deer resistance and hardiness. A
variety of dwarf evergreen including Bird's Nest Spruce, Mugo Pine,
Colorado Blue Spruce, and Hinoki Cypress form the backbone of the
garden. A broad array of perennials favoring lavender, pink, white and
yellow colors were selected based on Owner preference.
• Second home low maintenance
• Indigenous rock outcrop inspired
Three season bloom will brighten the garden from April to early October.
Forest Pansy Redbud and Red Flowering Dogwood will bring in the spring
as the perennials emerge. As the season progresses Alpine Aster,
Dianthus, Coreopsis, Scotch Heather, Echinacea, Lavender, Candytuft,
Foam Flower and Verbena among other specimens will extend the bloom.
• Deer resistant planting
Designed as a second home the cabin landscape is designed to minimize
maintenance. In place of consumptive lawn river stone and pea gravel are
used as groundcover to create a creek side appearance. All planting are
drip irrigated and nightscape lighting is provided to add evening interest.

Kay Residence Deck, Patio and Landscape Design
Glen Ridge, New Jersey
Client: Ric & Spratley Kay
TerraNoble Design, P.A. was retained by the Kay's to redesign their deck.
Following the initial consultation the vision evolved to include the graceful
transition from the deck to the backyard while creating an oasis for
entertaining and relaxation.
The existing 4-foot high deck was oriented to and directly accessed from the
driveway. The redesign employs a reorientation of the deck and patio toward
the yard while introducing a dense landscape screen against the driveway.
Three changes in elevation create outdoor spaces for dining, entertaining
and relaxation in the family's California Soaking Tub. The Mahogany dining
deck is enclosed by rails that evoke the home's distinctive arched windows.
The soaking tub is located lower and adjacent to the dining deck. An
intimate setting is created with built in planters and a cedar trellis. Storage is
provided integral to the planter bench.
The Bluestone patio is set 1-foot above the lawn. A wood burning fire pit
constructed of Autumn Brown stone and bluestone provides the patios focal
point and provides additional privacy for the soaking tub. A set of broad
bluestone steps framed by Autumn Brown stone pillars leads to the lawn.
The three outdoor environments flow elegantly from one to the other creating
an enjoyable setting for gathering of family and friends. LED night lighting,
the soaking tub, and the hearth's warmth extend the use of the landscape to
four seasons.
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
Forest Avenue Residence Landscape Design
Glen Ridge, New Jersey
Client: Tim & Betsie Delorm
The landscape at Forest Avenue has been evolving since we moved to Glen
Ridge in 1992 and demolished the in-ground pool in favor of an informal
woodland garden. The 1923 Colonial's landscape was typical of Glen Ridge
with it broad expanse of front lawn, minimal foundation plantings and an
abundance of high maintenance non-native plant materials.
Our goal over time has been to minimize the amount of turf grass, transform
the front yard into a garden to be enjoyed from the porch, plant a
predominance of native plant materials and embrace small scale sustainable
practices including rain water harvesting.
Perimeter plantings of Azalea, Cherry Laurel, Kousa Dogwood, Leucothoe,
Shadblow and Eastern redbud along with a variety of perennials form a
curvilinear bed in the front yard. The bed affords filtered street views while
creating and ever changing seasonal display.
A woodland shade garden featuring ericaceous shrubs, Big-Leaf
Hydrangea, Bugbane, Sky Rocket Ligularia, Luxuriant Dicentra, Hostas and
Azaleas welcomes in the spring through the sunroom's windows.
• Woodland garden
• Low maintenance, minimal turf grass
• Three season bloom
• Water harvesting
The backyard and patio provide a year round living room for entertaining
family and friends. The natural cleft irregular bluestone and granite set patio
provides an informal place for dining and sharing stories around the fire pit.
In addition to native and select non-native trees and shrubs an edible
garden of Lowbush Blueberry, vegetables and herbs provides fresh food for
the table. Two rain barrels collect over 100 gallons of water for use in
watering the gardens and patio vases.

DeFilippis Residence Patio and Landscape Design
Glen Ridge, New Jersey
Client: Pierre-Jean & Beverly DeFilippis
TerraNoble Design was retained by the DeFilippis' to design their rear
stoop and yard in a style complimentary to their craftsman home in Glen
Ridge. The homeowners expressed a desire to create outdoor living
space that felt as if it were constructed at the same time the home was
built in the 1920s.
As is regrettably customary the design of the back of the home was not as
refined as the front. A narrow wood stair provided access from the kitchen
to the gently sloping yard and a small patio was constructed along the
edge of the driveway away from the home making access inconvenient.
The design approach borrows liberally from the Craftsman style detailing
of the home with its stucco exterior, deep front porch and articulated roof
rafters. A grand stucco stair with intermediate landing and ornamental iron
rail inserts graciously transitions from the kitchen door to the patio. The
"L" shaped stair turns and focuses the eye on a Clematis vine covered
arbor gateway to the patio from the driveway.
The antiqued tumbled paver patio is embraced by stucco seat walls on two
sides and a broad stair leading to the garden. A wood burning fire pit is
the centerpiece of the patio's lounge. Dining for up to ten is provided
under the shade of Paperbark Maple trees.

is added with perennial Hidcote Lavender, Japanese Forest Grass,
Fountain Grass, Astilbe, Lilly Turf and Autumn Joy Sedum.
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
Alix Residence Patio and Landscape Design
Glen Ridge, New Jersey
Client: Michael & Anne Alix
The landscape for The Alix Residence draws its inspiration from their stately Tudor
home in Glen Ridge. Located on Ridgewood Avenue the home sits prominently
atop a rise at the end of a Belgian block edged driveway lined by a brick and
brownstone wall. The foreground wall leads the visitor to the property and sets up
the view across the expansive lawn to the home.
A walled auto court paved with tumbled gray pavers graciously organizes the
homes service functions and creates old world elegance upon arrival. Hydrangea,
Boxwood, Hakone Grass and seasonal floral displays accent the court. The
basement entry and trash areas are handsomely screened by brick and stone walls
with the later entered through a dark solid oak gate.
The sunken patio courtyard is entered through a garden walk lushly planted with
ornamental evergreen shrubs, grasses and perennials. Brownstone and brick are
stacked to recall the homes primary building materials and capped by a sturdy
brick cap.
Located off the kitchen dining nook the sunken patio is the focus of family and
guest entertaining. The primary paving material is a rustic bluestone bordered by
brick with square turf insets to create a garden tapestry under foot. Surrounded by
garden walls, accented with storm candle lanterns and potted plants, the overall
character is one of comfort and repose.
A strong axial geometry moves westward from the home’s sun room through the
patio to the pool enclosure at the rear of the property. Where the patio is bathed in
shade, bright sunshine draws you into the yard and past the basketball court to the
pool house. The pool house is appointed with a deep porch, dry bar, changing
room and flat screen for poolside entertaining.
