If actual financial results for the period varied significantly from budgeted or projected results, then ascertain why and report to the Board. 5. Review inter-company transactions and allocations for reasonableness and financial soundness for PartnerShip, NACSCORP, indiCo, and the NACS Foundation. 6. Review the NACS portfolio of investments to ensure compliance with the guidelines of the investment policies. 7. This committee shall include at least three (3) Past Presidents, and shall include at least one (1) member from each of the geographic regions.
