Your entry must be postmarked by
April 15, 2014. Photographers can enter
up to five images. The top three winning
photos will appear in our 2015 wall
calendar, which will be available to the
public for a donation, starting in October
2014.
Submit your entries electronically on a
CD or DVD (with an entry form for each
image) to:

Contest is open to Heritage Conservancy
members in good standing.
2.
Enter your electronic files by mailing your
image files (in .TIF or .JPG format) on a CD
-ROM, DVD or flash drive.
3.
Each entrant may submit up to five
photos.
Entered photos must have been taken
recently (from January 1, 2010 to present)
by the entrant of a Bucks County or

A copy of a completed AND SIGNED entry

Heritage Conservancy will exercise
reasonable care with entries but cannot
be held liable for the loss of any entry.

Judging of the submitted images will take
place in May 2014; winners will be
notified in June 2014, and they will be
announced to the public at our annual
Members’ Garden Party, held in June
2014 at Aldie Mansion, Doylestown, PA.
Winners can bring one guest to the
Garden Party. Winning entries and
entrants’ names and hometowns will also
be listed on our website, Facebook page,
in our print and email newsletters, and at
our annual members’ Garden Party.
Winning entrants’ names and
hometowns will also be listed on our
Twitter account, as well as sent to local
print media via press releases.
Winners will receive a complimentary
calendar in October, via mail or hand
delivery.
At the discretion of Heritage
Conservancy, each winning photograph
will be used in our 2015 wall calendar and
on our website without compensation to
the entrant. Entrant retains all other
rights to the photograph, granting
Heritage Conservancy one-time use rights
for display of the winning photo in the
calendar and on our website, Facebook
page, in the June 2014 issue of our email
newsletter, and in the Fall 2014 issue of
our print newsletter.
