proof of purchase) dated during the offer period 1/1/2017 –
12/31/2017, with eligible product purchases highlighted. Invoice
must be from a valid foodservice distributor
(club stores or warehouse accounts do not qualify).
• Distributor invoice/proof of purchase must detail: Invoice Number
and Date of Purchase, Establishment Name, Street
Address, City, State & Zip, Kraft Heinz Product Number and
Description, Case Price and Quantity Received.
• Volume applied to this rebate cannot be used in conjunction with
any other foodservice rebate offer or promotional
program from Kraft Heinz unless expressly permitted by Kraft Heinz.
• Kraft Heinz reserves the right to audit all requests for payments
under this offer, and failure to fully cooperate will result in
forfeiture of all monies. Further, Kraft Heinz reserves the right to
refuse payment based on incomplete or nonqualified submissions.
• Void where prohibited. This offer not good in combination with

• Limit one rebate per foodservice operator. This offer does not
